technology
CART-I provides photoplethysmography(PPG) signals to measure heart rate(HR) and to identify Atrial Fibrillation or its burden, and electrocardiogram(ECG) signals to offer supplementary information to doctors.

measurement method
BACKGROUND CHECK

① CART-Ring periodically collects the user's PPG signals.
② The background-check results can be checked on the Report tab of CART-App.
③ CART-Ring can store up to 1,500 blocks of 10-second data. Since data may be lost, it is recommended to periodically connect to the application and transmit the data.
SELF CHECK

① Tap “Measure” from the main screen of the CART app to start self-check.
② Tap “Start”, and then it will start the measurement in 5 seconds.
Before the measurement starts, use the fingers of the other hand (without a CART) to gently cover/contact the metal part (bottom of CART) as shown in the figure below and measure it for 30 seconds.
③ When the measurement is complete, the measured results appear on the screen.

BACKGROUND CHECK

By tapping the "Report" tab at the bottom of the screen, you can check the statistical data by period.
① AF burden (%)
② average heart rate
SELF CHECK

By tapping the "History" tab at the bottom of the screen, you can see the previous self-check records.
① Occurrence of Atrial Fibrillation(AF)
② Non-detection or detection of Atrial Fibrillation
③ PPG graph: A graph of PPG signals collected through the PPG sensor
④ ECG graph: A graph of ECG signals collected the ECG electrodes
⑤ Heart rate information
